NANCY J. JOHNSON, ESQ. Nancy Joan Johnson, Certified as a Worker’s Compensation Law Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, is currently a trial attorney at the firm of Weston, Stierli, McFadden & Capotorto in Parsippany, New Jersey, staff counsel to Zurich North America. She has practiced Workers’ Compensation law exclusively since 1990, first as a Deputy Attorney General on behalf of the State with the Second Injury Fund and then as a senior trial attorney for Kemper Insurance. Ms. Johnson is a member of the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section. She presents for governmental organizations, ICLE and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She also regularly conducts seminars for the claims professionals at Zurich North America on Workers’ Compensation developments and strategies. Ms. Johnson is a cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law.
