Kenneth A. DiMuzio, Sr. is a senior Partner in Hoffman DiMuzio with offices in Woodbury, Turnersville, Franklinville and Sewell, New Jersey; and Philadelphia, PA. He concentrates his practice in work-related personal injury litigation, municipal law, and planning and zoning.
Mr. DiMuzio is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Past President and former Trustee of the Gloucester County Bar Association, he is a member of the American and New Jersey State Bar Associations, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey and the New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys. Mr. DiMuzio has served as attorney for Greenwich Township and Logan Township, and as solicitor for the Greenwich Township Planning Board, the Elk Township Municipal Utilities Authority, the Elk Township Board of Adjustment and the Deptford Township Board of Health. He has conducted seminars on personal injury liability, environmental law and municipal law.
Mr. DiMuzio received his A.B., cum laude, from Georgetown University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was Editor of the Law Journal. He served a clerkship with the Honorable Lawrence A. Carton, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
