The Institute's live programs and audio packages are a quick & easy way to fulfill MCLE requirements in other jurisdictions and to earn New Jersey Attorney Certification credits.

1. LIVE PROGRAMS

2 . NJ ICLE AUDIO CASSETTE & AUDIO CD PACKAGES
Virtually all live NJ ICLE programs are recorded. Audio CDs or audio cassettes with seminar handbooks are generally available two weeks after the last live presentation. To obtain MCLE credit, please request an affidavit that you can use to certify the credits you earn. ICLE keeps track of all credits you receive from attending live seminars. You may request a transcript of those credits by calling 732-214-8500 during regular business hours.

NEW YORK CLE
The Institute's live seminars and audio programs have been approved for NY CLE credit.

1. LIVE PROGRAMS
Since 1998, NJ ICLE has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an accredited provider of CLE in the State of New York for live lectures. NJ ICLE presents more than 250 live programs each year throughout New Jersey. Please click here to see practice areas and then select individual program listings for the exact number and type of NY CLE credits available.

At the conclusion of each live program you attend, you will receive a validated Certificate of Attendance that you can submit to the NY State CLE Board if requested to document the credits you earned through NJ ICLE. You can also request a transcript indicating all the credits you have earned from all live NJ ICLE programs you have attended by calling the Customer Service Department at 732-214-8500 during regular business hours.

Many NJ ICLE video replays have live commentators who lead the discussion and are available to answer your questions. NJ ICLE video replays with commentators qualify for NY CLE credit.

2. AUDIO CASSETTE & AUDIO CD PACKAGES
NJ ICLE audio cassettes and audio CDs can be purchased with original course handbooks. These audio packages qualify for NY CLE credits for attorneys with 2+ years of experience.

Virtually all live NJ ICLE programs are recorded. Audio CDs or audio cassettes with seminar handbooks are generally available two weeks after the last live presentation. To obtain MCLE credit, please request an affidavit that you can use to certify the credits you earn. Please note: When you order an audio package that you plan to use to earn NY CLE credit, please request an affidavit with your order. At some time during the audio, you will hear a four digit NY CLE Code. Please enter this code on the affidavit. After you have listened to the entire audio, please complete the affidavit, return the original to NJ ICLE, and keep a copy for your records to submit to NY if audited.

3. SKILLS & METHODS COURSES
All live NJ ICLE Skills & Methods courses may be used to fulfill NY CLE requirements. Skills & Methods course video replays do not qualify for NY CLE credit.

PENNSYLVANIA CLE
LIVE PROGRAMS
NJ ICLE presents more than 250 live programs each year throughout the state. Application is made with the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for substantive and/or ethics credit for virtually all of these programs. A Pennsylvania Attendance and Processing Fee (separate check payable to ICLE) must be submitted at the conclusion of each live program that you attend. NJ ICLE processes the credits directly with Pennsylvania. Many NJ ICLE video replays have live commentators who lead the discussion and are available to answer your questions. Video replays with live commentators qualify for PA CLE credit.

AUDIO PACKAGES
At this time, NJ ICLE audio cassettes/audio CD packages cannot be used for PA CLE credit.

SKILLS & METHODS COURSES
All live NJ ICLE Skills & Methods courses may be used to fulfill PA CLE requirements. Skills & Methods course video replays do not qualify for PA CLE credit.

OTHER JURISDICTIONS
After attending a NJ ICLE seminar, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance. Most states will accept this Certificate of Attendance towards MCLE requirements. Please check with individual jurisdictions to determine if they will accept this Certificate as proof of your attendance and CLE credits.


NEW JERSEY ATTORNEY CERTIFICATION CREDITS

LIVE PROGRAMS
Each year, NJ ICLE presents many programs that have been designed for civil trial attorneys, criminal trial attorneys, matrimonial attorneys and workers' compensation attorneys. Application is made for each of these programs with the New Jersey Board on Attorney Certification for the appropriate type of credits.

Many NJ ICLE video replays have live commentators who lead the discussion and are available to answer your questions. Video replays with live commentators qualify for New Jersey Attorney Certification credit.

AUDIO PROGRAMS
NJ ICLE audio cassette and audio CD packages may be used to partially fulfill the CLE requirements for recertification. If you plan to use an audio package for recertification credit, please request an affidavit with your order. After you have listened to the entire audio, please complete the affidavit, forward the original to the Attorney Certification Board, and keep a copy for your records.

Audio CDs or audio cassettes with seminar handbooks are generally available two weeks after the last live presentation. Click here to select the practice areas you prefer, and then click on each title to find the type and number of credits available.

CPE CREDITS
NJ ICLE is an approved sponsor of programs for CPE credit by the New Jersey Department of Accountancy and the New York Department of Accountancy. Our sponsor number in New Jersey is 315, and in New York, E-453.

Please see individual program listings for the number of CPE credits that have been approved for a program. When you attend the program, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance stating the number of CPE credits. You can submit that certificate when asked to document the CPE credits you have earned through NJ ICLE.

Only NJ ICLE live seminars may be used for CPE credit. Audio packages and On Demand programs do not qualify.

MEDIATOR CREDIT
Mediator Training Programs

Several times each year, NJ ICLE offers training programs to prepare attorneys and other professionals for placement on a list of court-approved mediators. Programs are available for both civil and matrimonial mediators. Please see course listings or call NJ ICLE at 732-214-8500 for upcoming training session schedules.

Mediator Annual CLE Requirements
NJ ICLE also offers 4-hour courses that fulfill the annual 4-hour CLE requirement for court-approved mediators. Please see course listings or call NJ ICLE at 732-214-8500 for upcoming training session schedules.

NJAPM Accreditation
Many NJ ICLE courses can be used towards the annual CLE requirements for accredited membership in the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM). PARALEGAL CREDIT
NJ ICLE develops courses designed specifically for paralegals and other law office staff.
